Got something new for you today:

Sometimes you just need a number to count up on screen. That's what CountUp is, four simple MOGRTs, each doing one thing: make number go up.
Drop one into your timeline, set a Start Value and Target Value, pick a Duration and Ease Style (Linear, Ease Out, Ease In Out), and it counts.
The Ring and Gauge both have a small Completion Pulse that fires when the counter finishes, you can turn it off if you don't want it. Font is up to you; standard text controls are included on all four.
